Cyber RF Software Engineer Senior Staff

Senior Staff Cyber RF software engineer leads software development teams and delivers DSP and RF software in an Agile environment using C++, Python, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more software development teams and ensure work aligns with the project s defined software development process.
• Provide mentorship and guide team members to grow their skills and capabilities.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into software design and performance specifications.
• Design and implement new features or modify existing code, and debug defects as needed.
• Suggest improvements to documentation and software development process standards.
• Integrate software into new or modified systems or environments, leveraging deep knowledge of C++, Kubernetes, Python 3, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply Agile Sprint Development methodologies on projects.
• Contribute to projects involving Digital Signal Processing and related RF technologies.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a DSP focus from an accredited institution.
• Equivalency: MS in Engineering/CS with 2 years experience or 4 years DSP experience with a high school diploma.
• Minimum 12 years of experience developing DSP algorithms on projects that follow established software processes.
• Minimum 12 years of professional programming experience using C++, Linux, and Python or comparable languages.
