Senior ETL Developer
Job Description
Old Republic Title is seeking a Senior ETL Developer to lead data integration initiatives across multiple sources, designing, building, and testing ETL processes while coordinating data flows and monitoring data movement. The role focuses on selecting appropriate integration architectures to meet organizational needs and guiding a team through development challenges. This is an onsite position in Minnetonka, Minnesota, requiring attendance two days per week, with an annual salary range of $125,000 to $135,000.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design and implement ETL processes.
- Develop and maintain integration tools and utilities.
- Proficient in writing SQL queries and troubleshooting issues.
- Support existing applications.
- Provide guidance and support to Junior/Mid-level developers.
- Instruct, direct, and check the work of others.
- Lead, design, code, test and debug complex development efforts.
- Document, enforce and model best standards and practices to others.
- Oversee project completions and ensure user satisfaction.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and complete mandatory company compliance training by prescribed deadlines.
- Ability to accept guidance and supervision from management.
- Other duties that may be reasonably assigned.
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise-level ETL using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
- Experience with cloud data integration architectures (Azure, Snowflake).
- Experience working with a Data Lake or Data Warehouse.
- Fluent in SQL.
- Understanding of network protocols and standards as they pertain to data integration.
- Knowledge of R, Java, C# or Python a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while successfully performing under extreme time constraints.
- Ability to act independently with sound judgment and take initiative.
