Tableau Reports Developer

Prospect Infosys Inc is seeking a seasoned Tableau Reports Developer for a 12-month, onsite contract in Hartford, CT. The role centers on delivering Tableau-based reporting and data integration solutions, drawing on deep SQL/T-SQL, SSRS/SSIS, and Talend expertise, with DevOps-style deployment and disciplined code control to keep deployments reliable.

Responsibilities

• More than five years of experience building Tableau dashboards and reports.
• More than five years writing complex SQL queries.
• More than five years of expertise with T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS or Talend.
• Experience debugging and improving query performance.
• Deploy SSIS packages using Git check-ins, configure environmental variables, and create corresponding SQL Server Agent jobs.
• Experience with Transact-SQL and stored procedures preferred.
• Experience creating, deploying and maintaining Talend reports.
• Experience with code control using Team Foundation.
• Strong problem solving, cross-functional analysis and forward-thinking abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
