Job Description

Hands-on Digital Engineering Systems Developer focused on PTC Creo, supporting CAD system operations, customization, and integration at the Y-12 National Security Complex. This on-site role requires an Active Q Clearance, with a 3-month plus 1-year option.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain PTC Creo suites, including Creo Parametric, CreoView, and Creo Illustrate
Integrate Creo with Windchill and maintain core system functionality
Tailor CAD tools through scripting or programming to align with organizational requirements
Design and refine engineering workflows and adopt best practices
Improve user interfaces and overall system usability to boost efficiency
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Creo users
Support system upgrades and enhancements
Produce and maintain technical documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and IT teams
Attend meetings and deliver status updates

Requirements

Active Q clearance or equivalent eligibility for reciprocity
Strong proficiency in Creo Parametric (formerly Pro/ENGINEER) with advanced modeling capabilities
Experience with PTC product environments and integrations, Windchill experience preferred
Ability to customize CAD tools via scripting or programming
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Effective communication and documentation skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must reside in the Oak Ridge, TN area and be able to work on-site daily; relocation or travel reimbursement is not provided
